    Our diagnostic process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your health and symptoms. Our application securely accesses your health data from Apple and Google health, as well as nearly 500 wearables, ensuring that all information is kept confidential. 

    Once we have gathered this information, we create a personalized plan based on evidence-based practices, tailored to your preferences, goals, and medical condition. Our state-of-the-art facilities, which include a teaching kitchen, fitness center, and yoga studio, provide an ideal environment for you to enhance your skills and meet regularly with your team as you progress on your journey.

  • Do I need to be a patient to participate?

    To participate in the program, you must be an enrolled patient at Apollo.
